DESCRIPTION:La Communauté de Communes Comtal Lot et Truyère (21 communes) organise une réunion publique dans le cadre de l’élaboration de son Plan Local d’Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi). Cette réunion se tiendra le mardi 18 juin 2024\, au cinéma Rex à Espalion\, à 19h00. \n\n\n\nLe PLUi est un document de planification qui organisera les conditions de développement du territoire pour les 10 prochaines années. Il remplacera à terme les différents documents d’urbanisme des communes du territoire. \n\n\n\nLors de cette soirée\, le bureau d’études chargé de l’élaboration du document présentera le cadre réglementaire du PLUi\, ainsi que les enjeux issus du diagnostic qui a été effectué.
